Purpose
To ensure a professional and neat appearance that reflects the ministry's values, promote safety by mandating appropriate attire for the tasks involved, provide functionality for outdoor and physical work, maintain the ministry's image through consistent standards, and foster a sense of unity and alignment with the ministry's mission.

Scope
It includes specifying appropriate attire for outdoor and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and setting standards for neatness and professionalism. It applies to all groundskeepers, whether full-time, part-time, or volunteers, and covers clothing, footwear, protective gear, and any accessories necessary for their role. 

Definition
Dress:
is the act of covering the body with clothing or garments, often reflecting cultural, social, or personal expression.
Code: is a set of rules, principles, or standards that govern behavior, conduct, or procedures within a specific context.

Dress Code

We at Ignition633 desire to represent the Lord's work with the highest standards in our testimony. Please speak with your supervisor about any difficulties meeting the dress code requirements. Showing up to work outside the dress code will result in corrective action and possible termination. With that in mind, here is the dress code:

Uniform:

- Provided uniform top
- Pants (black)
- Pants must be clean, pressed, and secured at the waist. Boxers must not be exposed.
- Closed-toed shoes (black)
- ID badge

Upkeep:

- If you need additional uniforms or yours gets spoiled, please speak to HR about purchasing additional uniforms.
- Talk to your HR representative if you need cleaning services for your uniform.
- Please ensure your fingernails are clean and trimmed.
- Reduce body odor by wearing deodorant, showering daily and wearing fresh/clean clothes.
