Purpose
This procedure provides a structured and efficient approach for planning, executing, and evaluating outreach programs to achieve ministry objectives and effective community engagement.

Scope
This procedure applies to all staff and volunteers involved in coordinating outreach programs for Ignition633 Ministries Nigeria.

How To Coordinate Outreach Programs
Planning Phase
- Identify the target audience and define the objectives of the outreach.
- Develop a detailed outreach plan, including timelines, resources, and personnel required.
- Obtain necessary approvals and permissions for the activity.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to align roles and contributions. 

Preparation Phase
- Create and assemble outreach materials, such as presentations, brochures, and handouts. 
- Conduct team briefings to ensure all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Perform a risk assessment and implement necessary safety measures.
- Arrange logistics, including transportation, venue setup, and necessary equipment. 

Execution Phase
- Arrive at the venue early to set up and address any last-minute adjustments.
- Engage with the community in a respectful and professional manner.
- Distribute materials, conduct presentations, or facilitate discussions as planned.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly. 

Feedback and Evaluation Phase
- Collect feedback from participants, team members, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the success of the outreach against predefined objectives.
- Document lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Reporting Phase
- Compile a comprehensive report detailing the outreach activities, outcomes, and feedback received.
- Share the report with ministry leadership and relevant stakeholders/supervisors.
