Purpose
This policy aims to define clear expectations for all members of Firebrand Football Academy, fostering a culture of discipline, integrity, and sportsmanship in alignment with Ignition633 Ministries values. The policy ensures that every player contributes positively to personal and collective development both on and off the field.

Scope
This policy applies to all players and officials in the Firebrand Football Academy participating in football programs. It governs conduct during practices, games, and team events, including responsibilities related to teamwork, equipment care, health, and overall behavior in accordance with the ministry's values and objectives.

Policy Statement
Behavior Expectation

- On the Field: Players must show discipline, commitment, and sportsmanship. inappropriate conduct to teammates, officials, or opponents during practices or games will result in discipline.
- Off the Field: Players must maintain a high level of integrity and character in all settings. Inappropriate behavior (e.g., fighting, cheating, drugs, and bullying) will lead to corrective actions. 

Performance
The primary goal is to improve football skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Each player is expected to contribute to the team’s success through their effort, attitude, and dedication. 

Teamwork and Collaboration
Players must work together to support one another, communicate effectively on the field, and strive for collective success over individual glory. 

Respect for Equipment
Players must take responsibility for their own equipment and the team’s gear, ensuring everything is in good condition and properly stored after use. 

Health and Fitness
Players must maintain an appropriate level of fitness and health, both physical and emotional, to participate in practices and games. The coach will provide guidance on fitness exercises and conditioning activities.

This policy will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
