Purpose
To establish clear roles and responsibilities for Campus Pastors in Ignition633 Ministries Nigeria, ensuring effective spiritual leadership, church administration, community engagement, and pastoral care aligned with the ministry's mission and values.

Scope
This policy applies to all campus pastors with the Ministry, outlining expectations for their spiritual, administrative, and operational duties to promote organizational and congregational growth.

Policy Statement
Spiritual Leadership
- Provide biblical teaching and preaching during church services, Bible studies, and other gatherings.
- Offer spiritual guidance and pastoral care to members of the congregation.
- Lead by example in personal devotion, prayer, and moral conduct in line with Christian principles. 

Church Administration
- Collaborate with ministry leadership to plan and implement church programs, services, and activities.
- Oversee the church calendar, ensuring alignment with ministry objectives.
- Work closely with other staff and volunteers to ensure smooth day-to-day church operations. 

Outreach and Community Engagement
- Develop and participate in outreach initiatives to spread the gospel and serve the local community.
- Build and maintain relationships with local churches, organizations, and community leaders. 

Counseling and Support
- Provide pastoral counseling for individuals, couples, and families in need of spiritual or emotional support.
- Offer prayer and support during times of crisis, illness, or bereavement. 

Discipleship and Training
- Mentor and train church leaders, volunteers, and members to grow in their faith and service.
- Facilitate leadership development programs to equip future church leaders. 

Budget Making and Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with ministry leadership to prepare and manage the church’s annual budget.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Provide input on financial planning to support church programs and activities. 

Weekly Tasks/ Duties
Sunday Services
- Prepare and deliver sermons based on biblical teachings.
- Lead or oversee worship services, ensuring a meaningful and engaging experience for the congregation.
- Administer sacraments, including communion and baptism, as needed. 

Midweek Responsibilities
- Lead or coordinate midweek Bible study sessions or prayer meetings.
- Review and plan sermons, lessons, and upcoming church activities.
- Meet with church staff and ministry leaders to discuss operational and spiritual goals. 

Pastoral Care
- Visit sick or homebound members to provide prayer and encouragement.
- Schedule and conduct counseling sessions as required.
- Follow up with new members and visitors to encourage their integration into the church community. 

Administrative Duties
- Review church correspondence and respond as appropriate.
- Ensure church records, including membership and financial reports, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the church secretary and other administrative personnel. 

Outreach Activities
- Participate in or lead community service and evangelistic initiatives.
- Engage in local networking to expand the church’s influence and mission.
