Purpose
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during outreach activities through proactive risk management and adherence to safety standards.
Scope
This policy applies to all staff, volunteers, and participants involved in outreach activities organized by Ignition633 Ministries Nigeria.
Safety Rules
- Conduct a risk assessment before every outreach activity to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure all participants receive proper safety briefings and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all organizational and local laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding outreach activities.
- Establish an emergency response plan, including contact information for local authorities and medical services.
- Report all incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to the appropriate authority immediately.
