Purpose
This policy defines the roles and responsibilities of the evangelism coordinator, ensuring that their activities align with the ministry’s mission of effectively sharing the gospel. It aims to foster teamwork and facilitate the spiritual growth of new believers through well-coordinated evangelism.

Scope
This policy applies to all evangelism coordinators and team members at Ignition633 Nigeria ministries. It encompasses strategic evangelism planning, team leadership, discipleship and follow-up, partnerships, and reporting.

Policy Statement
Strategic Evangelism Planning
- Develop strategies that are spiritually grounded and culturally relevant to reach diverse groups.
- Work as a team player with the outreach team for evangelism programs, including community outreach, crusades, and digital evangelism. 

Team Leadership
- Coordinate and mentor evangelism team members to ensure effective collaboration.
- Provide spiritual guidance and leadership during evangelism programs. 

Discipleship and Follow-Up
- Works with the follow-up coordinator to ensure mechanisms are in place for converts to integrate them into the church.
- Develop discipleship materials and oversee new believers’ spiritual growth. 

Partnerships and Collaboration
- Build partnerships with local churches and other ministries for joint evangelistic efforts. 

Reporting and Accountability
Submit detailed reports of evangelistic activities, including successes, challenges, and financial expenditures, to the ministry leadership.
