Adherence to Team Values
Every member of the team must uphold Ignition633 Ministry’s Christian values. Players must show kindness, humility, patience, and forgiveness in their interactions with others.
Team Unity
Players are expected to foster a positive, supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment. Any form of bullying, exclusion, or divisive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Focus on Development
Players should focus on personal growth and skill development rather than just winning. The emphasis is on improving as a team and as individuals.
Practice Attendance

Punctuality
Players should arrive on time for all practices and games, fully prepared with the necessary gear and mental focus.
Substance abuse Abstinence
Players must avoid engaging in activities such as substance abuse, including alcohol, drugs, and performance-enhancing drugs, both on and off the field.
Field Rules
Respect the Game
Players must respect the official rules of football and adhere to proper field conduct. Violations of the rules or intentional fouls will result in penalties or disciplinary action.
Safety Regulations
All players must wear the proper protective gear, including cleats, shin guards, and jerseys. The coach will ensure that the field is safe and potential hazards are addressed before each session.
Sportsmanship
After games, players should shake hands with opponents and officials as a sign of respect and sportsmanship, win or lose.
Spectator Conduct
Parents, guardians, and other spectators must also show respect toward the officials, coaches, and players. Sideline coaching or excessive criticism is prohibited.
