Purpose
This policy outlines the expectations for player behavior, focusing on commitment, respect, effort, sportsmanship, and spiritual growth in line with Christian values.

Scope
This policy applies to all players under Firebrand Football Academy, guiding their conduct during practices, games, and team activities while promoting a positive and respectful team environment.

Policy Statement
Commitment 
Attend all practices, games, and team meetings, unless excused by the coach. Players should be punctual and prepared for each session. 

Respect
Show respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and the team’s equipment. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. 

Effort and Attitude
Display a positive attitude and a willingness to improve. Players should give their best effort in training and games, focusing on continuous improvement. 

Sportsmanship
Engage in fair play, encouraging teammates, respecting the rules of the game, and displaying humility in both victory and defeat. 

Spiritual Growth
Embrace the Christian values taught by the ministry, participating in team prayers, devotionals, and activities that contribute to personal spiritual growth.
