Purpose
The purpose of this Handbook is to provide employees of Ignition633 Ministries, Nigeria, with clear guidance on the Ministry’s policies, rules, and expectations. It serves as a central reference for work ethics, employment processes, and the standards of conduct that align with the Ministry’s mission and Christian values. By familiarizing yourself with this document, you will understand your responsibilities as an employee and how to reflect the love of Christ through your work.

Scope
This Handbook applies to all employees of Ignition633 Ministries, Nigeria, regardless of role or department

Work Ethic
Your employment with Ignition633 Ministries is more than just a job! YOU are a part of this Ministry, and through your work and your relationship with Jesus, you can show others the love of Christ and exemplify what it looks like to work for HIM.

"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that you will receive the inheritance as your reward from the Lord. You are serving the Lord Christ." -Colossians 3:23-24

Employment
Trial Period: The first 90 days of employment are a trial period. After this trial period, you will receive all employment benefits if both parties agree this is a good fit.

Provision: The Ministry will supply you with the following items on your first official day: 1 temporary ID Badge and one water bottle.

After your 90-day trial period, you will receive the following items: 1 official ID Badge and work uniform (where applicable).

You can contact the HR department for more information if you need more uniforms or would like a replacement.
