Purpose
This Dress Code Policy aims to maintain a professional appearance and ensure that all employees of Ignition633 represent the Lord's work with the highest standards of dress and grooming. The policy outlines the required uniform, personal upkeep standards, and the procedures for addressing any issues related to dress code compliance.
Scope
This Dress Code Policy applies to all employees of Ignition633 Nigeria. It covers the specific dress requirements for work attire, including uniforms and personal grooming standards. Employees are expected to adhere to these guidelines at all times to ensure a professional and respectful appearance, which aligns with our organizational values and commitment to excellence.
Uniform
- Provided uniform top
- Pants (black): Pants must be clean, pressed, and secured at the waist. Boxers must not be exposed.
- Closed-toed shoes (black): Ministry-provided Crocs should only be worn when cleaning apartments, not around the Campus.
- ID badge
Upkeep
- If you need additional uniforms or yours are worn out, don't hesitate to contact your supervisor about purchasing additional uniforms.
- Talk to your supervisor if you need cleaning services for your uniform.
- Ensure your fingernails are clean and trimmed.
- Reduce body odor by wearing deodorant, showering daily, and wearing fresh/clean clothes.
- Refrain from wearing strong perfumes/colognes while working in private homes.
