Definition
Communication is the structured exchange of information, ideas, and messages within, outside, and between different levels of an organization. It ensures effective coordination, fosters collaboration, and supports the achievement of goals through clear and consistent messaging

Clarity in Spoken Communication
- Use clear and concise language.
- Avoid jargon or technical terms that others may not understand.
- Organize your thoughts before speaking.
Active Listening Skills
- Pay full attention to the speaker.
