Professional Tone
- Maintain a formal and respectful tone in all official communications.
- Avoid slang, colloquialisms, and overly casual language.

 Avoiding Tribalism

Language of Communication
English is the primary language for all official communications and documentation within the Ministry. Tribal languages should not be used in official documents or communications to maintain a unified and professional standard.

Permissible Use of Local Dialects
While English remains the official language of communication within Ignition633 Ministries Nigeria, the use of local dialects may be permitted under the following limited conditions:
Private and Non-Disruptive Use
Employees may speak in their local dialects in private, enclosed settings and only in one-on-one conversations. This should occur in a manner that does not involve or occur in the presence of a third party, especially one from a different ethnic or language group, to avoid perceptions of exclusion or favoritism.

No Interference with Inclusivity
Using tribal languages must never interfere with official duties, disrupt work processes, or foster an atmosphere of tribal segmentation, cliques, or perceived superiority.

Promotion of a Unified Workplace
Staff who experience difficulty communicating in English are encouraged to improve their proficiency. All employees must learn to express themselves in a centralized, respectful, and professional manner that supports unity and equal participation.
