Purpose
To respect the privacy and security of individuals residing on the Campus property, adhering to this policy and minimizing work activities within the Campus is essential. Staff are encouraged to use the Office Gate to sign in and out of work and take breaks. This policy establishes guidelines for the appropriate use of the Campus Resident Gate and the issuance of gate passes to ensure controlled access and maintain security within the premises. This policy establishes guidelines for the appropriate use of the Campus Resident Gate and the issuance of gate passes to ensure controlled access and maintain security within the premises.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, supervisors, and other authorized personnel of the Organization.

Policy Guidelines
Restricted Access
The Campus Resident Gate is not to be used as the primary access point for office staff. Instead, it is designated for employees performing specific job-related tasks at the following locations:
- The church
- The chicken coop
- The generator area
- Residential houses outside the campus

Work Exit Permit Requirement
Employees assigned to the specified areas will obtain a Work Exit Permit Card from their supervisor before accessing the Campus Resident Gate.
- The permit is valid only for the duration of the assigned task.
- Employees will present the permit to the Gate Guard for verification before access.
- Unauthorized use of the permit may result in corrective action.

Automatic Access for Directors and Supervisors
Certain directors and supervisors will be exempt from requiring a Work Exit Permit. Instead, their ID badges will feature a star, granting them automatic access through the Campus Resident Gate for official walk-throughs and inspections.

Responsibilities
- Supervisors will issue Work Exit Permit Cards only to employees who have legitimate work-related tasks in the designated areas.
- Employees will carry and present their Work Exit Permit when accessing the gate.
- Gate Guards will enforce the policy by verifying permits before granting access.
- HR and Security Teams will ensure compliance and address any violations.

Enforcement and Compliance
Non-compliance with this policy may result in:
- Verbal or written warnings
- Revocation of gate access privileges
