Cook Dress Code Policy

We at Ignition633 desire to represent the Lord's work with the highest standards in our testimony. Please speak with your supervisor about any difficulties meeting the dress code requirements. Showing up to work outside the dress code will result in disciplinary action and possible termination. With that in mind, here is the dress code 
 
Dress Code: 
Shirt 
A clean t-shirt. No obscene graphics, nudity, cursing, or any references to drugs, alcohol, or any behavior that is not glorifying the Lord. You must always have a shirt on. The shirt will be worn under your chef coat.  

Chef Coat 
Your chef coat is to be worn over your shirt. Ignition633 provides coat and laundry services for you at no cost. At the end of each day, if you would like the ministry to wash your garment, please place your chef coat in the appropriate bin to be washed and collect a new and clean coat the following day. 

Pants 
Black pants (not jeans). Pants must be secured at the waist and boxers/underwear must not be exposed.  

Hat 
Chef hat/hair net/head covering must be worn in the kitchen and while serving. The head covering must be black.  

Apron 
Your Ignition apron must be worn while cooking. Please remember to remove your apron when you leave the kitchen to serve food. At the end of the day, place your apron in the designated place to be washed. Do not re-wear aprons even if they appear clean.  

Uniform Hygiene 
All uniform items must be cleaned EACH DAY so that you return to work with a clean uniform. Uniforms should be ironed/pressed and have no wrinkles. If you need an additional uniform for any reason, please see the HR department.

This policy will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
