Purpose
This policy ensures the safety, professionalism, and efficiency of all carpenters at the Ignition633 workshop. Adhering to the specified dress and equipment requirements helps maintain a safe work environment, minimize the risk of injury, and ensure that all carpenters are adequately prepared for their tasks.

Scope
This policy applies to all carpenters working within the Ignition633 workshop. It covers the mandatory dress requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE), and essential tools and materials that each carpenter is expected to have. The policy ensures that all team members are equipped to meet the demands of their jobs.

Policy Statement
Dress Requirement
- T-shirt
- Long pants, preferably black, with a hammer loop and rule pocket
- Work boots (cover toe), preferably leather, with a heel, no sneakers or sneaker look-a-likes.
- The ministry will supply non-prescription safety glasses.
- Crash helmet
- Safety gloves
- Aprons
- Ear protector
- Nose mask

Materials and Tools
- (2x) Pencils
- Calculator (basic - needs a square root key)
- Square for getting straight lines
- (1x) 30’ Tape Measure w/stud layout marks (Please NO tapes with FRACTION Labels).
