Purpose
The purpose of this Dress Code Policy is to promote safety and professionalism on construction sites by establishing clear guidelines for appropriate attire. The policy ensures that all workers wear clothing and protective equipment that reduce the risk of injury, enhance visibility, and comply with legal and safety requirements.

Scope
The scope of this Dress Code Policy applies to all construction workers on-site, including full-time employees, part-time workers, subcontractors, and temporary staff. It outlines the specific clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) required to ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with industry standards.

Dress Code Requirement
- Construction work T-shirt
- Construction work Pants
- Work Boots
- Helmet/Hard Hats
- Safety Vest
- Safety Glasses or Face Shields
- Protective Gloves (Optional)
- Nose Mask (Optional)
- No Loose Clothing or Accessories
- ID Badge

Upkeep
Some work clothes will be provided yearly or quarterly, depending on their expected durability. Below are some dress codes that the Ministry will renew and their appropriate time of renewal:

Work Attire Duration
Helmet, Work Boots 2 Year
Gloves, Nose mask, safety glasses/Face shields 1 Month
Safety Vest 3 Months

If any work cloth is damaged or misplaced before the assigned time for replacement, the employee will have to purchase it from the Ministry (Your Supervisor can provide more information on this).

This policy will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
