Purpose
This policy provides clear guidelines for maintaining a Christ-like environment within Ignition633 Ministries Nigeria. It outlines the rules for residents and visitors, ensuring safety, security, and respect while fostering a culture that aligns with the ministry’s values as described in Colossians 1:10—living a life worthy of the Lord and bearing fruit in every good work.

Scope
This policy applies to all residents, guests, and staff members of Ignition633 Ministries Nigeria. It governs curfew regulations, behavioral expectations, visitor management, and access to restricted areas. The policy also addresses conduct related to harassment and fighting, ensuring that all individuals on campus are obedient to the principles of respect, accountability, and confidentiality.

Policy Statement
Residents Agreement

As a ministry, we strive to reflect Christlike values in all we do on campus. Residents are expected to uphold the testimony of Jesus Christ, as it is said in Colossians 1:10, "so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God."

Curfew
- Between the 10:00 am and 5:30 am curfew, no one may congregate, loiter, walk, stand, sit, play, or make noise within and outside the campus premises unless on special occasions when you are allowed to. (Special occasions will be communicated to you by the Campus Director).
- All campus residents and guests are expected to be indoors at the above-stipulated time.

Harassment
- Residents are prohibited from engaging in any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal abuse, derogatory comments, unwanted advances, or any behavior that creates a hostile living environment.
- Residents who experience or witness harassment are encouraged to report incidents promptly to Ignition Nigeria leadership (International Directors, Vice President, or Campus Director). Reports will be treated confidentially to the extent possible.
- Upon receiving a report, the ministry will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation. Corrective action will be taken if harassment is substantiated, and measures will be implemented to prevent recurrence.

Fighting
- Residents are prohibited from verbally or physically fighting within or outside the ministry’s premises.
- Incidents of fighting should be reported immediately to leadership. This includes incidents witnessed by staff or other residents.
