Declaration

I acknowledge receiving a copy of the Ignition633 Nigeria Residence Handbook, which contains vital information on the Ministry’s residence policies, procedures, and rules. The policy in this handbook is intended only as guidelines, not a residence contract.

I understand that my stay in this residence is only as long as I serve the ministry’s purpose unless told otherwise, and the ministry has the right to send me out without prior notice if I fail to abide by the policy. I understand the ministry reserves the right to change my apartment when it sees fit.

The Ministry may need to verify some of the information in this form and has the right to call the contact I provided for verification. I understand that the Ministry will not take lies and dishonesty for granted.

This agreement supersedes all prior/contemporaneous inconsistent agreements.

I understand the ministry may change its policies, procedures, and benefits at any time at its sole discretion and interpret or vary them however it deems appropriate.

I have read and understood all the information in this policy and agree to abide by the rules and policy mentioned in this handbook.
