At 633Donor Solutions, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, data security, and client service excellence. This code of conduct describes your responsibilities and expected behavior regarding data and information system usage, as well as general workplace conduct to ensure accurate processing, protect sensitive donor information, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Data and Information System Usage Responsibilities
1.    Maintain strict confidentiality of all donor information, client data, and proprietary processing methods at all times.
2.    Follow all data security protocols including proper handling of physical documents, secure computer practices, password protection, and locked storage procedures.
3.    Use 633 Donor Solution’s information systems only for authorized business purposes. Personal use of processing equipment, software, or client materials is strictly prohibited.
4.    Report any suspected data breaches, system malfunctions, security concerns, or unauthorized access attempts immediately to your supervisor.
5.    Ensure accuracy in all data entry, mail processing, and donor acknowledgment activities. Verify information before input and follow established quality control procedures.
6.    Never share login credentials, passwords, or system access with other employees or external parties.
7.    Lock all systems and secure workstations when leaving your desk, even temporarily.
8.    Follow proper procedures for data backup, file storage, and information retention according to client requirements and 633 Donor Solution’s policies.

General Workplace Conduct
9.    All employees must be at their workstations and ready to begin work by 8:30 AM. If running more than 15 minutes late, contact your direct supervisor immediately.
10.    Dress professionally and appropriately for your role. Prohibited attire includes but not limited to leggings, short tops, ripped clothing, and flip-flops.
11.    Meet all client deadlines and processing timelines as assigned. Notify your supervisor immediately if any delays are anticipated.
12.    Limit personal activities during work hours to designated breaks and lunch periods to maintain processing efficiency.
13.    Treat all colleagues with respect and professionalism. Address workplace concerns through official channels rather than direct confrontation.
14.    Follow all safety protocols for handling mail, operating equipment, and maintaining workstations. Report unsafe conditions immediately.
15.    Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited on all 633 Donor Solution’s property. Violation of this code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
