Safety Rules Policy

Definitions:
Safety: The condition of being safe from undergoing or causing hurt, injury, or loss
Ignition Leadership: International Directors, Campus Director, Chief of Staff and Supervisors

Safety Information:
Restricted Area:
- No unapproved personnel are allowed on campus. Ignition Leadership needs to approve any visitor coming to campus. The updated approved person's list also carries the staff that are allowed into the campus.

Training:
- All gate guards are trained appropriately. If there is a need for retraining, contact your supervisor to schedule an appointment with HR.

Hazards:
- Work areas must be clean and clear of materials throughout the day to avoid a tripping risk. Water pipes must be neatly wrapped on the provided woodwork beside the wall around the work area.

Distractions:
No cellphone use, eating or sleeping during the shift. They are only permitted on break.

This policy will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
