Policy - Dress Code
Section: Human Resource Policies
Policy Owner: Ignition633 Ministries Nigeria Human Resources
Policy Name: Dress Code Policy
Origination Date: June 2024
Purpose
To establish and maintain a professional appearance for all gate guards. It ensures that guards present themselves reflecting respect and authority while adhering to safety standards. Following the dress code enhances the Ministry's image, ensures that guards are easily identifiable, and promotes a secure environment.
Scope
This dress code policy applies to all gate guards employed by the Ministry, regardless of location or shift. It encompasses guidelines for uniforms, personal grooming, accessories, and footwear. The policy ensures that all gate guards maintain a consistent and professional appearance, promoting a secure and welcoming environment for everyone entering the Ministry's premises.
We at Ignition633 desire to represent the Lord's work with the highest standards in our testimony. Please speak with your supervisor about any difficulties meeting the dress code requirements. Showing up to work outside the dress code will result in disciplinary action and possible termination. With that in mind, here is the dress code.
