We at Ignition633 desire to represent the Lord's work with the highest standards in our testimony. Please speak with your supervisor about any difficulties meeting the dress code requirements. Showing up to work outside the dress code will result in disciplinary action and possible termination. With that in mind, here is the dress code Dress Code:
Purpose:
To establish guidelines for the attire of gate guards in order to have a professional appearance. Proper dress not only improves the security and safety of our campus but also reinforces the authority of our gate guards. This policy aims to promote a respectful image, support operational effectiveness, and create a respectful environment for both employees and visitors.
Scope:
This applies to all gate guards employed by Ignition633 Nigeria. It includes all aspects of dress code and grooming while on duty, involves uniforms, personal appearance, and any accessories. Obedience to this policy is required for all gate guards to make sure uniformity and to support the Ministry's standards.
Uniform:
- Provided orange security t-shirt
- Black pants
- Pants must be clean, pressed, and secured at the waist. Boxers must not be exposed.
- Closed-toe shoes (black)
- ID badge
Upkeep:
If you need additional uniforms or yours spoil, please speak with HR about purchasing additional uniforms.

This policy will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
