Lydia's Closet Setup Procedure

Purpose:
This procedure ensures consistent and organized daily store setup at Lydia's Closet, focusing on proper display presentation and mannequin placement to create an optimal shopping environment.

Scope:
This procedure applies to all opening staff members responsible for store setup and merchandise presentation at Lydia's Closet.

Setup Checklist:

□ 1. Front Display Tables
Set up front tables with table cloth
Position all racks with appropriate spacing

□ 2. Round Tables Setup
___ Accessories table with table cloth
___ Wedding dress table with table cloth
___ Two display tables near stairs with cloths

□ 3. Long Tables Configuration
___ Free bin table with cloth
___ Seasonal table near stairs with cloth
___ Shoes table in main area with cloth
___ Pajama table (no cloth needed)
___ Shoes tables in hallway (no cloth needed)

□ 4. Mannequin Placement and Preparation
___ Position mannequin near checkout line
___ Place mannequins in lobby
___ Set up mannequin on athletic rack
___ Position mannequin on display table near stairs
___ Place head mannequin on display table near stairs
___ Set up wedding dress mannequin
___ Ensure all mannequins are fully dressed and accessorized
___ Check that all clothing and accessories are secure
___ Brush out wigs as needed


This procedure will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
