Your safety in the workplace is a top priority. Therefore, all safety rules must be strictly adhered to at all times. Please notify your Director immediately if unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries happen. 

Purpose
To protect both caregivers and animals from injury or harm, ensure a safe working environment, and promote the well-being of all involved by following proper procedures and using appropriate safety equipment. This helps to prevent accidents, reduce risks, and maintain a high standard of care within the Campus.

Scope
includes implementing and following safety protocols to prevent injuries and accidents, ensuring the proper use of safety equipment, and maintaining a hazard-free environment for both caregivers and animals. It also involves training caregivers on safe handling practices, recognizing and addressing potential risks, and promoting a culture of vigilance and care.

Restricted Area
No unapproved personnel should be in the chicken coop. Approval for entry must be obtained from Ignition Leadership (Ignition Directors & THR Director).

Training:
 All poultry caretaker employees require proper training and hygienic practices. You will receive training from your Director.

Caution
The Ranch has many hazards, such as fire, diseases, electricity, etc. USE WITH CARE AND CAUTION! If you do not follow proper safety measures, you may be terminated for your safety and the safety of others.

Hazards
Work areas Must be clean and clear of materials throughout the day to avoid a tripping risk. No electrical outlets should be left uncovered. Water and other liquids should be safely stored from sensitive equipment.

Distractions
Ignition633 ministries do not permit cellphone use during work hours. Calls should be made during your break periods. If you need to make a call during work hours, ensure to ask your Director for permission.
