Purpose:
This policy establishes clear standards and expectations for evangelism coordinators to ensure their conduct and activities reflect Christ-centered principles. The policy is designed to promote spiritual commitment, cultural sensitivity, and a results-oriented approach in evangelistic programs. The ministry seeks to foster integrity, respect, and effectiveness in its outreach efforts.

Scope:
This policy applies to all evangelism coordinators within the ministry and provides guidelines for their behavior, methods, and responsibilities. It addresses principles of biblical integrity, teamwork, prayerful preparation, and cultural awareness.

Christ-Centered Principles 
- Maintain a high biblical knowledge and personal integrity standard, reflecting Christ-like behavior. 
- Adhere to the ministry’s doctrines, values, and ethical principles during all activities. 
- Ensure that evangelism methods are respectful, non-coercive, and culturally appropriate. 
- Protect the confidentiality and dignity of individuals during counseling or personal engagements. 

Professionalism 
- Exhibit punctuality, preparedness, and discipline in planning and executing evangelistic programs. 
- Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual respect among team members. 

Spiritual Commitment 
- Dedicate time to personal prayer and Bible study to remain spiritually grounded. 
- Encourage prayer and spiritual readiness within the team before outreach activities 

Cultural Sensitivity 
- Respect local customs and traditions while sharing the gospel. 
- Avoid controversial topics or practices that may alienate the community. 

Results-Oriented Approach 
- Aim for measurable outcomes in outreach activities, such as the number of new converts and their integration into discipleship programs. 

Disciplinary Measures 
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in: 
- Verbal or written warnings. 
- Suspension from duties. 
- Termination of appointment, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
