Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing employment with Ignition633 Ministries, Nigeria. It ensures that all employees understand the nature of their employment and the expectations and standards set forth by the ministry.
Scope
The terms of employment apply to all employees of Ignition633 Ministries, Nigeria, regardless of age, gender, position, tribe, department, or job title.
Employee's Statement
I acknowledge that I have received aand copy ofread the Ignition633 Ministries,Ministries Nigeria Employee Handbook,Orientation whichHandbook. I understand that the Handbook contains vitalimportant information onabout the Ministry’s policies, procedures, and benefits. I also understand that this Handbook'sthe policies areoutlined intendedin onlythe Handbook serve as guidelines,guidelines and do not asconstitute a contract of employment.
I understand that my employment with the Ministry is onat-will. "at-will"This termsmeans andthat thereforeeither subjectI toor termination,the Ministry may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without noticecause.
Although obviousthis reason,at-will byrelationship myselfallows orfor termination without notice, I acknowledge that, as stated in the Ministry.Orientation ChangesHandbook, I am expected to give at least two (2) weeks’ notice before resignation, unless I am still within the 90-day trial period. In such a case, I am not required to give prior notice but must inform my "supervisor properly. The Ministry follows the same standard when ending employment in line with what is stated in the Orientation Handbook.
Any changes to this at-will"will status maymust onlybe takemade thein formwriting of a written agreementand signed by both an authorized memberrepresentative of the Ministry asand well as myself.me. This agreement supersedes allany prior/contemporaneousprior inconsistentagreements agreements.that may conflict with its terms and conditions.
I understand that the Ministry may change or update its policies, procedures, and benefits at any timetime, at its solediscretion, discretion,and may interpret them as well as interpret or vary them however it deems appropriate.needed.
I have read and agree to abide byfollow all policies and procedures containedoutlined therein.in the Handbook. I also agree to followuphold the professional language policy, which requires the use of English as the primary language for all official communicationscommunication and documentsdocumentation within the ministryMinistry, and the avoidance of tribal languages to upholdmaintain a unified and professional standard.environment.
