Scope
This policy applies to the Media Coordinator and outlines the specific responsibilities associated with the role. Additionally, the policy serves as a guide for the ministry's employees engaged in media-related tasks.

Policy Statement
Media Planning

Develop media strategies and plans to promote products, services, or campaigns. This involves identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate media channels, and allocating budgets.

Media Purchases
Collaborate with media vendors and negotiate contracts to secure advertising space or airtime. This includes assessing media rates, evaluating proposals, and optimizing media schedules to reach the desired audience.

Campaign Management
This involves coordinating with creative teams to develop compelling content, ensuring the timely delivery of assets, and monitoring campaign performance.

Market Research
Conduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategies. This may involve studying market trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to identify effective media channels and messaging.

Performance Analysis
Track and analyze the performance of media campaigns, including key metrics such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.

Budget Management

Review and edit the content you've created. Check for grammatical errors, clarity, and coherence. Make sure your content is polished before publishing.

SEO Optimization
If you are creating online content, allocate time to optimize it for search engines. Research relevant keywords and integrate them naturally into your content. Additionally, optimize meta descriptions, titles, and headings to enhance search visibility

Visual Content Creation
Design visuals, graphics, or thumbnails to accompany your written or video content. Eye-catching visuals enhance the overall appeal of your content and attract more viewers/readers.
