We at Ignition633 desire to represent the Lord's work with the highest standards in our testimony. Please speak with your supervisor about any difficulties meeting the dress code requirements. Showing up to work outside the dress code will result in disciplinary action and possible termination. With that in mind, here is the dress code
Purpose
This policy outlines the dress code expectations for construction laborers employed with Ignition 633 Nigeria to ensure safety, professionalism, and compliance with workplace standards on all construction sites in the ministry.
Scope
This policy applies to all laborers on construction sites in the ignition 633 Nigeria. Compliance with this dress code is mandatory to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the job site, ensure uniformity, and support the Ministry's standards.
Uniform
Accidents happen on construction sites with disturbing frequency, without warning; this is why it is important to always dress in the appropriate safety dress code. With that in mind, here is the dress code:code;

-Construction work T-shirt
-Construction work Pants
-Work Boots
-Helmet
-Safety Vest
-Safety Glasses
-Gloves (Optional)
-Nose Mask (Optional)
-ID Badge
UPKEEP
Some work clothes will be provided yearly or quarterly, depending on their expected durability. Below are some dress codes that the Ministry will renew and their appropriate time of renewal:
DRESS CODE | DURATION |
HELMET, WORK BOOTS | 1 YEAR |
GLOVES, NOSE MASK, SUNGLASS | 1 MONTH |
SAFETY VEST | 3 MONTHS |
If any dress code is damaged or misplaced before the assigned time for replacement, the employee will have to purchase it from the Ministry (See your Director for further information).

This policy will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
