Personal Item Policy
Purpose:
This policy establishes guidelines for personal items in the Data Room to ensure the protection and confidentiality of donor information. As stewards of sensitive donor data, Igniton633633Donor MinistriesSolutions has a sacred responsibility to protect personal information entrusted to us. This policy aims to prevent unauthorized data disclosure, maintain donor trust, and protect both the Ministry and our donors from potential security breaches or privacy violations.
Scope:
This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, contractors, and authorized personnel who access the Data Room where donor information is processed, stored, or handled. The policy covers all work shifts and operational hours of the Data Room, including regular business hours and any special projects or after-hours work.

Prohibited Items:
Any personal electronic devices including but not limited to cell phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and cameras are strictly prohibited. Additionally, storage devices such as USB drives, external hard drives, and memory cards are not permitted. Personal bags, purses, backpacks, writing materials not provided by the ministry, and any recording devices are also forbidden in the Data Room.
Required Procedures:
All personal items must be stored in designated lockers outside the Data Room. Only Ministry-issued equipment and materials are permitted in the workspace. Necessary items such as water bottles must be stored in clear containers. Writing materials provided by Ignition633633Donor MinistriesSolutions must remain in the Data Room at all times. Emergency medical devices require supervision approval before entry.
Compliance:
Supervisors will conduct random compliance checks to ensure adherence to this policy. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. All employees must sign an acknowledgment of this policy prior to Data Room access. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by management.
Emergency Procedures:
In case of emergency, employees should follow posted evacuation procedures and may retrieve personal items from lockers only after exiting the building.

This policy will be reviewed annually and is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.
