Purpose
This policy ensures that all media employees representing Ignition 633 Nigeria in appearances, interviews, or public events project a professional and consistent image. Proper attire helps maintain the company’s reputation and reflects positively on the organization during public engagements. This policy establishes clear guidelines for dress code expectations to ensure uniformity and professionalism.

Scope
This policy applies to all media employees representing the ministry in any media-related appearances, including but not limited to interviews, press conferences, promotional events, and any other public engagements where the ministry’s image is being showcased. The policy also covers both daily work attire and event-specific clothing guidelines.

Uniform
Daily Work Attire - Business-casual

Men
-Dress shirt or Polo: No graphic T-shirt, no undershirt worn as a shirt.
-Dress in Pants or Khakis: No blue jeans, no boxers exposed.
-Closed-toed shoes.
-
ID badge.

Women
-Skirts/dresses: Must be below fingertips or worn with leggings.
-Dress in pants or Khakis: No blue jeans.
-Dress Shirt or blouse: No graphic T-shirt, no bra or cleavage exposed.
-Closed-toed shoes.
-ID badge.

Events
-Provided uniform top.
-Tan Jeans or Khakis are encouraged. Blue jeans are allowed, no Shorts and no rips.

UPKEEP:
 
If you need additional uniforms or yours got spoiled, speak with HR about purchasing additional uniforms.
