Block molds are the consumables of the machine therefore, they need to be maintained well to make less waste. Maintain molds properly to last long. A healthy block mold contributes largely to a perfect block.

Clean Molds:
Make sure molds are clean when removing them from the machine after finishing. Ensure that, no concrete residue remains inside the mold or on the male mold plates to produce a healthy block

Lubricate Mold:
After making sure that the mold is clean: Lubricate the mold eyes and male mold plates with a hand pump if any is required this facilitates the smooth removal of blocks from the mold

Curing:
The block takes two days to dry. In these two days, it will be watered every morning and evening.

Cubing:
In construction, cubing typically involves determining how many cubic units a space or structure occupies. This is useful for estimating material quantities, such as concrete, or organizing and stacking physical blocks to fill a specific volume. Cubing helps to prevent damage through stacking.
