Purpose
The purpose of the Assist Policy is to provide clear guidelines for supporting, training, and ensuring the safety and well-being of construction laborers on the job site. This policy is designed to improve working conditions, promote a supportive work environment, and reduce workplace incidents at Ignition 633 Nigeria.

Scope
This policy applies to all construction laborers, supervisors, and management personnel at our ministry. It focuses on providing assistance, ensuring safety, offering support, enhancing skills, and improving teamwork in construction operations.

Policy Statement
To adequately provide help on the site as required, you will need to possess the following skills:

Stamina and strength
Working as a construction laborer is a physical job, so you must have the stamina and strength to complete your tasks.

Mechanical and building knowledge
A construction laborer has the mechanical and building knowledge to assist in completing assigned tasks to complete the construction project.

Coordination
Construction laborers can coordinate supplies, crews, and equipment.

Problem-solving Skills
Whether faced with unexpected situations, mistakes, or short delays, problem-solving is a quality to possess and improve upon. This will ensure that you can use initiative to accomplish better work results.

Attention to Detail
You should always be able to see the big picture while focusing on details. You should be able to divide each project's requirements and efficiently fulfill your duties. As the saying goes – measure twice, cut once.

Spraying Blocks For Mason
Although it is the job of a mason to build a structure, the laborer stays on site to assist wherever they are needed. In this case, they work closely with the mason to arrange the blocks to facilitate an easy and fast building process. Spraying blocks for the building is done according to the instructions of your supervisor or the Cornerstone director.

It is important to note that the construction laborer is the extra hands and legs of every department working on the site; this is why it is essential to always be on your feet and always be willing to work when you are called upon.
