Purpose
This policy aims to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel on construction sites. As a construction employee, you must obey safety standards to foster a safe working condition.
Scope
This policy applies to all construction employees with Ignition 633 Nigeria. It covers the responsibilities of all employees concerning safety, restricted areas, training, caution, site inspections, hazard identification, distraction, and compliance with safety regulations within the ministry.
Safety Rules
Restricted Areas
No unapproved personnel should be in the block industry or construction sites if not authorized. Approval for entry must be obtained from Ignition Leadership.
Training
Proper training and hygienic practices are required for all block technician employees. You will receive training from your supervisor.
Caution
The construction department has many hazards such as fresh cement mixtures (mortars), sharp work equipment, and machines. USE WITH CARE AND CAUTION! If not, you may be terminated for your safety and the safety of others.
Hazards
Work areas should be clean and clear of any hazardous materials throughout the day to avoid a tripping hazard. Water and other liquids should be safely stored from sensitive equipment.
Distraction
Ignition633 ministries do not permit cellphone use during work hours. Calls should be made during your break periods. If you need to make a call during work hours, ask permission from your supervisor.
